Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Peptide): 1:128,000 (antibody detection limit dilution) Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml. A band at ~90kD is observed in NIH3T3 lysate (RIPA buffer, 35ug total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour; detection by ECL. Predicted MW of 88kD according to NP_003141.2. Immunohistochemistry: 10ug/ml (overnight incubation). Stains mouse thymic medulla and not the cortex.
