Extra Details:: SSEA-3 is expressed upon the surface of human tetracarcinoma stem cells (EC), human embryonic germ cells (EG) and human embryonic stem cells (ES). Expression of SSEA-3 is down regulated following differentiation of human EC cells. In contrast, the differentiation of mouse EC and ES cells may be accompanied by an increase in SSEA-3 expression. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1ug using H9 cells Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
