Extra Details:: Stage-Specific Embyronic Antigen 4 is a carbohydrate antigen expressed on human teratocarcinoma cells (EC), embryonic stem cells (ES) and embryonic germ cells. It is also expressed on a subset of mesenchymal stem cells, erythrocytes, the erythroleukemic myeloid cell line K562, unfertilized oocytes and early cleaved stage oocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
