One U =1 pmol/min Assay Condition: 25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2 and 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate, 500uM NAD+ and 100ng/ul Sirtuin 2. Incubation Condition: 30 min at 37ºC. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C.
