Format:: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 10mM sodium phosphate, 0.15M sodium chloride, pH 7.2. Reconstitute with 2ml of deionized water. Swirl gently and let stand for up to 2 hours at RT. Centrifuge reconstituted serum to remove any precipitates.
Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA as a blocking reagent or control for most immunoassay applications. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
