- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute in 500ul sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in PBS, pH 7.2.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: ≥1:500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200 Western Blot: ≥1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
