Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-eug/ml detects Rho in RIPA lysates from Jurkat and HL-60 cells. HL-60 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with 3ug/ml R1998-01. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: Reported to detect Rho in cells via immunofluorescence. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
