Extra Details:: timulates the phosphorylation of S6K1 and EIF4EBP1 through activation of mTORC1 signaling. Activates the protein kinase activity of mTORC1. Has low intrinsic GTPase activity. Human Rheb (GenBank Accession No. NM_005614), full length with N-terminal HIS6 tag, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Applications: Useful for the study of biochemical function. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
