Extra Details:: The antigen recognized by this clone has not been identified but studies suggest that it is likely to be distinct from laminin, fibronectin, collagen types I-IV, heparin sulphate proteoglycan, entactin and nidogen. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: P3-X63-Ag.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from immunized rats. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
