Extra Details:: Restriction Enzyme Buffer used to optimize enzyme activity Form (1X Buffer Compostition): Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5, 10mM magnesium chloride, 100mM potassium chloride, 0.1mg/ml BSA. Concentration: Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock. Storage and Stability: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at 4°C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4°C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20°C.
