- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 2ml sterile ddH2O.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Agglutination assays. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Agglutination: 1:32 serial dilutions of washed pooled cells on a titer plate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
