Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml dilution detects PP2A, A subunit in RIPA lysates from EGF-stimulated A431 cell lysate. NIH 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitro-cellulose and probed with anti-PP2A, A subunit). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Band is PP2A, A subunit (63- 65kD). Positive Antigen Control: F4209: Fibroblast Cell, 3T3/A31 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
