- Hybtidoma: Produced using a hybridoma elicited from a rat immunized with amino acids 209-309 of human PP2A-alpha catalytic subunit (Accession # M60483), also known as PPP2CA and PP2CA, purified from E. coli. Applications: Western Blot: Detection of PP2A. Lysates from human U937 and mouse C2C12 cells were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted with 1.0ug/mL anti-PP2A. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1.0ug/ml is recommended. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Protocols for Immunoblotting: Blotting Buffer Blocking Solution Antibody Solution 25 mM Tris, pH 7.4 0.15 M NaCl 0.1% Tween 20 5% nonfat dry milk in Blotting Buffer Adjust pH to 7.4 5% nonfat dry milk in Blotting Buffer Adjust pH to 7.4 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
