Extra Details:: Prostaglandins (PGs) are signalling molecules that modulate physiological or pathologic functions such as platelet aggregation, vascular tone, gastric cytoprotection, uterine contraction, inflammatory responses, cancer, and Alzheimer’s Disease. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml using ECL. ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 2-20ug/ml in paraformaldehyde fixed tissue sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
