Immunogen:: Two peptides from human presenilin 2 were mixed and used as immunogens. Both peptides are highly conserved among human, mouse and rat sequences.

Extra Details:: Applications: Can be used at 1:1,000 to 1:4,000 for both ELISA and immunoblot testing. User needs to try out the titration for immunohistochemical testing. To minimize background staining, we suggest using higher content of detergent (tween-20) in dilution the Abs and washing. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
