- Poliovirus is an enterovirus that is the causitive agent of most paralytic poliomyelitis cases and is responsible for the majority of polio outbreaks during the first half of the 20th century. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Titer: > 1:100 by Immunofluorescence Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-28V: IgG, Fc (HRP) I1904-28S: IgG, Fc (FITC or DTAF) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
