Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:20,000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
