- A mixture of two nickel agarose-purified, His6-tagged, bacterial expressed human Protein Phosphatase Methylesterase-1 (PME-1) fragments (residues 225-302 and 277-387). These two fragments represent the carboxyl-terminal portion of the protein.

- Supplied as a liquid in 0.1M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.05% sodium azide, before the addition of glycerol to 30%.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Not suitable for Immunoprecipitation on native PME-1. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-4ug/ul detects PME-1 in RIPA lysates from mouse 3T3 fibroblasts. 3T3 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with P4290-05 (2ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemi-luminescence detection system. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies I1904-39: IgG, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40A: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-46Q: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab Gt xRb Positive Antigen Control included: F4209: Fibroblast Cell, 3T3/A31; Add 2.5ul of 2-mercapto-ethanol/100ul of lysate and boil for 5 min. to reduce the preparation. Load 20ug of reduced lysate per lane for minigels. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
