Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): Sodium citrate, pH 6, is recommended for heat induced antigen retrival. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
