- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: A 1:1000 to 1:5000 Detected PDGFRb in RIPA lysates from mouse NIH/3T3, 3T3/A31, and human HFF cells. Western Blot Analysis: Lysate from NIH/3T3 cells was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with P4258-20 PDGFRb (1:3000 dilution) Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4ug Immunoprecipitated PDGFRb from 500µg of 3T3/A31 RIPA lysate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
