Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detected PI 3-Kinase in RIPA lysates from A431 cells. Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PI 3- Kinase (0.5mg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemilumin-escence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 4ug Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Antigen Control: (Included): A0001-50: Non-stimulated A431 cell lysate. Use 20ug per lane for minigels. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
