Extra Details:
Applicatons: Suitable for FLISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: R-Phycoerythrin (240 kD) is a labile molecule that may dissociate into components upon exposure toreducing or denaturing agents. Reaction with low molecular fragments is typically noted by western blot. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Label: FITC MW: 390D Absorption Wavelength: 495 nm Emission Wavelength: 528 nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.0 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
