Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot: 5ug immunoprecipitated PLC b-1 from a bovine brain membrane preparation. The immunoprecipitation procedure was followed by an Western Blot using 5ug/ml of P4074-40 and a chemiluminescence detection system. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended secondary antibodies: I1904-06C: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo I1904-06H: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab Gt xMo Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
