Extra Details:: Pancreatic polypeptide is found in the A cells of islet cell clusters of the exocrine pancreatic parenchyma and in the epithelium of small and medium-sized ducts, as well as focal acinar cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
