- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot; 0.5-2ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitated p300 from HeLa nuclear extract. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control Included: H1838: HeLa nuclear extract. Add an equal volume of Laemmli reducing sample buffer to 5-10ul of extract and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 10- 20ug/lane for minigels. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
