Recommended Positive Control Tissue: Colon or breast carcinoma Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgM Negative Control Applications: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Paraffin. 1:1000 Western Blotting: 1:1000 Immunoprecipitation Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Immunohistochemistry: *This product does require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
