Extra Details:: Binds phospholipids; exhibits strong binding to phosphatidic acid and weak binding to phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate. Stabilizes GTP-bound RAB7A on late endosomes/lysosomes and alters functional properties of late endocytic compartments via its interaction with RAB7A. Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Peptide ELISA: 1:16,000 Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml, observed in human skeletal muscle lysates on ~48kD bands Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
