Extra Details:: This antibody can be used effectively for research of metabolic bone disease and ectopic calcification (5). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:3000 (0.67ug/ml) Western Blot: 2-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cell-line P3U1 with spleen cells of BALB/c mouse after immunization with bovine Osteocalcin Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
