- Oncostatin M receptor beta (OSM Rb) is a type I transmembrane protein that binds OSM with low affinity. The association of OSM Rb with gp130 produces a high affinity OSM receptor heterodimer. OSM Rabbit is expressed in a wide variety of cell types and transduces signals involved in hematopoiesis, liver development, peripheral neuron repair, and epithelial cell function. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells using D3 mouse embryonic cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
