- CD73 (ecto-5`-nucleotidase) is a 69kD GPI-anchored surface protein.In mouse, expression of CD73 in bone marrow is restricted to the CD11b+ myeloid cells.In spleen it is largely expressed on T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.06ug/10e6 cells in 100ul Immunohistochemistry: frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
