Extra Details:: Nucleolar Protein xNopp180 is a constitutively expressed nucleolar component and a specific marker for the dense fibrillar component of the interphase nucleolus. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:50 (ECL method) Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, also after fixation with paraformaldehyde): 1:5-1:10; Incubation time 1 hr at RT. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
