Extra Details:: Nop30 (nucleolar protein of 30 kD) is predominantly expressed in muscle and is present in the nucleoplasm and concentrated in nucleoli. The predominant nucleolar localization of Nop30 points to a potential role in RNA processing in muscle nucleoli. A CARD domain containing protein, designated ARC for apoptosis repressor with CARD is related to Nop30 with a different carboxyl terminus. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
