Extra Details:: NKR2B4 is a type I transmembrane receptor belonging to the CD2 family. It is expressed on NK cells, monocytes and some T cell subsets. It delivers an activating signal upon binding to its ligand, CD48. Applications: Suitable for use ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 1-25ug/ml using immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spleen. Western Blot: 1ug/ml using recombinant human 2B4/CD244/SLAMF4 Fc Chimera Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
