Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cells using retinoic acid-differentiated NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line. Immunofluorescence (IC): 8-25g/ml in immersion fixed NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line (differentiated with retinoic acid for 10 days) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
