Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000 using 50-100ng control peptide/well. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: N2116-21: Neurite Outgrowth Inhibitor Protein A (NogoA), Control Peptide Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
