- Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M4 has been reported to be expressed in many regions of the rat brain, particularly the striatum and hippocampus. ESTs have been isolated from human breast and eye libraries. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: ≥1:8 diluted in 2% normal goat serum, TBS/Tween-20. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Included Control Peptide: M9520-31F1: Muscarinic Receptor M4 (460-478) Reconstitute with 600ul of reconstituted antibody. Peptide Amino Acid Sequence: NH2-Lys-Lys-Thr-Phe-Arg-His-Leu-Leu-Leu-Ser-Gln-Tyr-Arg-Asn-Ile-Gly-Thr-Ala- Arg-COOH Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 10mg/ml BSA, PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
