Extra Details:
CD226 is a 65kD glycoprotein, also known as DNAM1 (DNAX accessory molecule-1), CD226 is broadly expressed on T-cells, NK cells, platelets, monocytes and a subset of B cells. CD226 is also expressed by a subset of CD3 positive thymocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat 1:10. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.   Recommended Secondary Reagents: S7973-78: Streptavidin (PE) S7973-92F2: Streptavidin (PE) S7973-96A: Streptavidin (FITC) S7973-96B: Streptavidin (FITC) Recommended Negative Controls: I1904-78R: IgG1 Murine Negative Control Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mouse were fused with cells of the Sp2/0 myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
