Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Kinase assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml Detected Mps1 in HeLa total cell extract. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to show positive immunostaining for Mps1 in U2OS or HeLa cells permeabilized with 0.5% Triton-X-100 and fixed with methanol or paraformaldehyde. Kinase Assay: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate Mps1 from HeLa total cell extract. The immunoprecipitates were then used in a radioactive kinase assay. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
