Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Kinase assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: Detected Mps1 in HeLa total cell extract. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to show positive immunostaining for Mps1 in U2OS or HeLa cells permeabilized with 0.5% Triton-X-100 and fixed with methanol or paraformaldehyde. Kinase Assay: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate Mps1 from HeLa total cell extract. The immunoprecipitates were then used in a radioactive kinase assay. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
