Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (sandwich): 0.25-1ug/ml (100ul/well) detects at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human CXCL9 when used with M3949-01A as the capture antibody. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml in conjunction with compatible development reagents the detection limit for recombinant human CXCL9 is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS containing 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
