Extra Details:: This antibody reacts with the beta chain of the I-Ak MHC class II alloantigen. This class II molecule is expressed on antigen presenting cells (including B cells) and a subset of T cells from H-2k bearing mice and involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD4 proteins. This antibody cross-reacts with I-Af,r,s antigens and I-Ag7 of NOD mice; it does not react with other haplotypes (e.g., b, d, p, q). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
