Extra Details:: HLA-G is a non-classical major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule. HLA-G expression is restricted to trophoblast cells and some medullary thymic epithelial cells. Several isoforms of the HLA-G molecule exist, which include the membrane bound isoforms HLA-G1 – G4 and soluble isoforms HLA-G5 – G7. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Acetone fixation Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Cells from immunized Balb/c mice were fused with myeloma cells. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
