- MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In humans, this complex is referred to as the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region.HLA G belongs to the HLA class I molecules (HLA Class Ib; nonclassical) and is involved in the presentation of foreign antigens to the immune system. This molecule is expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells and plays a role in maternal tolerance of the fetus by mediating protection from the deleterious effects of natural killer cells, cytotoxic T lymphocytes, macrophages and mononuclear cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended. Western Blot: Reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Positive Control Tissue: Human placenta - extravillous cytotrophoblast Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
