- Extra Details:
- H-2Kk is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. This antibody does not react with alloantigens form other haplotypes (b, d, q), but weakly cross-reacts with splenocytes from SJL/Hsd mice. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
