- Reacts with the H-2Kk MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Kk haplotype. H-2Kk is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Complement-dependent cytotoxicity. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤ 1ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
