Extra Details:: This antibody reacts with the H-2Db MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Db haplotype. H-2Db is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. This antibody has been reported to block antigen-specific lysis of target cells by cytotoxic T lymphocytes. This antibody cross-reacts with the H-2Ld haplotype. This clone recognizes the a3 domain of H-2Db. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume Immunohistochemistry: Acetone-fixed frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
