- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50. Use 20ul of the optimal dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Note: Acetone fixation is recommended for IHC. The antigen is sensitive to fixation with paraformaldehyde. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat anti-mouse IgG: HRP (rat adsorbed) Goat anti mouse IgG: RPE (rat adsorbed) Goat anti-mouse IgG: FITC (rat adsorbed) Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78Y: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
