The antigen is sensitive to fixation with paraformaldehyde. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat anti-mouse IgG: HRP (rat adsorbed) Goat anti mouse IgG: RPE (rat adsorbed) Goat anti-mouse IgG: FITC (rat adsorbed) Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.
