- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Note: Acetone fixation is recommended for IHC. The antigen is sensitive to fixation with paraformaldehyde. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat anti-mouse IgG: HRP (rat adsorbed) Goat anti mouse IgG: RPE (rat adsorbed) Goat anti-mouse IgG: FITC (rat adsorbed) Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78Y: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
