- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, FLISA and Immunoprecipitation. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Note: Acetone fixation is recommended for IHC. The antigen is sensitive to fixation with paraformaldehyde. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat anti-mouse IgG: HRP (rat adsorbed) Goat anti mouse IgG: RPE (rat adsorbed) Goat anti-mouse IgG: FITC (rat adsorbed) Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-78Y: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
